WORTH: WORTH is the music project of Portland, OR based singer-songwriter Christopher Worth. WORTH has become known for his unique style of bohemian blues hop which he developed as a street performer traveling across the US and Europe. His songs are timeless and real and are tied together by the power and purity of his voice. Christopher has released two full length albums as WORTH and is currently preparing to release the 3rd - ‘Pardon Me’- in Fall 2017. ’Pardon Me’ is the final piece in a trilogy titled “The (id)Entity” Triptych" that began with ‘Six Foot Soul’ and ‘Two’.
MAMA CROW: A New York native and Northern California transplant, this self-taught guitarist and soulful songstress evokes listeners on a deep, soul level. Her sound is a mix of rhythmic, funky finger picking and string slapping, guttural blues belts and quick lyrical flow with insidious phrasing.Peruvian/Spanish/Irish/Puerto Rican/Native American hybrid- born Carmen Marie Gutierrez, later to take on the name and medicine of the Crow (Carmen Crow). With a genre ranging in a fusion of jazz, R&B, Hip Hop, Neo-soul, Folk-experimental. Vocally, she is like a love-child of Feist/Lauryn Hill/Nai Palm of Hiatus Kaiyote. In May 2017, Ms. Crow released "Remembrance" with her witch-folk duo with Marya Stark, Scarlet Crow.
Ramuun: A musical duo with unique Hip Hop/fusion power from the future, consists of Luna Zaka and Narayan from Zion. Their story unfolds like a super hero graphic novel epic; each step of their life long journey into musical harmony is laden with sonic synchronistic gems. Here we have Lithuanian vocalist/composer/writer/pianist Luna Zaka, and the uber-funky Californian producer, MC, and visual artist, Narayan Zion, currently based in Sonoma County, CA. RAMUUN is currently putting the finishing touches on Verbal Hyposis, their first video and album. After over a year and a half in the studio with more than 20 songs in the making, they have created a very unique and definitive style both in music and branding. Their new 12 song album is paradigm shifting.
“Sonically, just imagine if Die Antwoord was from California and was stirred into a cauldron with Erykah Badu, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Norah Jones, with seasonings of a unique stand-out rap-voice, as recognizable as Cypress Hill, The Beastie Boys, or other such legends whose voices can be clearly distinguished. And yet, these references do no justice in describing how RAMUUN actually sounds. You just have to listen. It’s like what you might hear on another planet.” ~Jackson Whalan (SNAG) Music Producer/Artist/Rapper
