Plant Spirit Journeys: California Poppy Oak Workshop with Jolie Elan, M.S and Director of GO WILD Institute

How did the ancients learn about the healing properties of plants? Many say that the plants told them. What if this is true? Do you want to find out for yourself and build your capacity to source directly from nature through meditation? This class is designed to help awaken your nature and weave you deeper into the web of live for the benefit of all beings.
Class starts with an ethnobotanical intro to the plant and plant journey methods, followed by a group meditation and time to share our insights. Please bring a journal. We will focus on two plants for the day: Oak and California Poppy.
Class taught by Jolie Elan M.S., ethnobotanist, deep ecologist, and Director of Go Wild Institute.
