STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM
Wellsprings Land Steward Program
May 1st through November 1st
We have six open positions for residential farm work at the Jackson Wellsprings. Your work will assist us in maintaining and expanding our organic bio-dynamic gardens which support the Springs Garden Cafe, as well as, healing and educational activities throughout the year. It is WellSprings’ intention for its entire 35 acres to flourish into a botanical garden and seed bank that demonstrates and protects, the biodiversity of the world’s 14th most prolific region. Seasonal work will consist of soil prep, weeding, seeding, trellising, harvesting, kitchen prep, processing, soil building, composting, greenhouse management, and general land management needs.
You can learn more about our land and gardens here:

We also grow a wide variety of medicinal plants, and a few times a year will venture out into the wilderness to wildcraft native medicinal plants for our community's herbal remedy needs. We are actively engaged to enhance our farm-to-table food production activities this year, so its an exciting time to be apart of this dynamic team.
This program offers a lot of opportunity for practical hands-on learning with many different teachers throughout the year, as well as, fun, healing, and social connections with the wide and diverse global community that comes to soak in the hot spring mineral waters flowing from the Earth here. This a sacred land with healing waters where people have gathered in a community for healing since ancient times.
We are seeking applicants from the best and brightest to help steward this sacred land with love and attention. If this sounds like the kind of live, learn and work opportunity you are looking for, please email your bio/resume to management@jacksonwellsprings.com
