Jackson WellSprings, a 30 acre hot springs spa located 1.5 miles from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in pastoral Ashland, Oregon specializes in mineral springs, swimming, hot water soaking and massage therapy.  When you are RV and camping Oregon, Jackson WellSprings offers a R.V. Park, Tipis, and tent camping.

Eugena Jackson dedicated that the warm mineral springs arising from Jackson Hot Springs shall be utilized for the purposes of health and healing. In 1862 deeded water rights filed with Jackson County protected the springs for “sanitarium and natatorium purposes”. Today, almost 80,000 gallons of warm water are collected each day and pass into the 45 x 90 foot swimming pool and private soaking tubs. One of WellSprings’ strongest features, the mineral water is the cornerstone of the spa and hydrotherapy center.

A warm water therapy pool measuring 14 x 18 feet was completed in 2003. The pool is maintained at 97 degrees during daytime hours in order to facilitate hydrotherapy, including Watsu Therapy. Water temperatures are boosted during evening hours to 103 for facilitate therapeutic and recreational soaking.

The spa is equipped with men and ladies changing rooms and with a large sauna. Completed in December of 2005, a 1600 square foot multi-purpose room situated off the changing rooms offers instruction in yoga, Tai Chi, aerobic exercise, meditation, and more. Our new massage suites provide an environment for Reiki, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Swedish therapies.

The spa facility is currently open to the public and all WellSprings guests from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days per week, with the exception of Mondays which we are closed until 6 pm for Ladies Only Night from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. We are clothing optional after dark.
